Cubs have $10,556,500 in draft pool money (and if they don't mind paying a a 75% tax on $527,825, they can go up to $11,084,325).
Players in bold have allegedly signed. Anyone after the 10th round signed for over $100K counts against their draft money.
If the player has yet to sign or there's no media report on the bonus, the third column is the recommened slot money.
For a good rumor thread on the signings, check out the Pro Sports Daily Forum.

Sveum says Cubs likely to get bench back to full strength for weekend Houston series, get pen back to 7 guys. Clev or Sappy are possible.
welly with his 9th walk on the season...8th since may 23rd. ...still waiting on his 1st xbase hit of the month (9 singles).
also, cubs tie bottom 2nd on a play at the plate that rizzo would have been out by a mile on if y.molina didn't drop the ball.
I thought the Hannemann bonus was high because of comments his father made right after the draft about what he'd be signing for. More like slot. Which was higher than most thought because they had him ranked lower on draft boards.
The guy is already 22 with minimal baseball experience. I'll be rooting for him to turn into the next Ellsbury (without the injuries). But...
COL is going to option j.francis to AAA
Beat the Streak players everywhere groan. There's always Pelfrey.
COL is going to option j.francis to AAA...roy oswalt, welcome back to the bigs.
it's $263,800 over slot ($736,200), they paid $261,900 under slot for Zastryzny, doesn't seem that crazy since he had some leverage. So far 4th rounder Skulina is the biggest overslot at $323K, although if 12th rounder Clifton did get "3rd round money", he'll probably net the biggest difference.
Bryant is probably going to come in under $6M, so Cubs should save there as well.
damn...that's about 400-500K more than most people in round 3 have signed for so far.
it's pretty much early/mid 2nd round loot...and 100K less than the cubs very early 2nd round pick Z-nasty.
they also signed their 4th round pick for $800K...which is about 300-400K more than expected.
here's a tracker btw,
"Cubs manager Dale Sveum said Wednesday that he expects David DeJesus (shoulder) to miss about a month."
Holy overpay Batman.

#Cubs, 3rd-rder Jacob Hannemann agree on $1 million. Brigham Young OF/cornerback, VG speed, also bat, power & CF skills. #mlbdraft

Sandberg never made sense as a base coach because he was best going from third to second.
"The Houston Astros say they have signed right-handed pitcher Mark Appel of Stanford, the No. 1 overall pick in the draft earlier this month.
Terms were not disclosed Wednesday ahead of a news conference with Appel."
Somebody e-mailed me to ask why Gerardo Concepcion is eligible for selection in the December 2013 Rule 5 Draft if he signed his first contract in March 2012.
Concepcion is eligible because any player who has been outrighted previously in his career is eligible for selection in all subsequent Rule 5 Drafts, even if he otherwise would not be eligible.
Have they changed the meaning of extend again? Kids these days, just when I've gotten used to bad meaning good.
The Cubs should extend Marmol now while he's in his little slump.

his sapped power (what little he had) is suffering, though.

pat and ron are in midseason form...chuckling and confusion about anything game related...the score, who's playing, and what girls in the stands look like ladybugs...

you can't even script this crap...
after talking about girls like some 14 year olds for 1/2 the inning pat proclaims it looks like vazquez will pitch the 7th inning because there's no one in the pen (nevermind it was the top 6th).
they cant get the score right, the players right, and now the inning...

leaving the mic on during the radio break showing why ron's loved...signing autos on request, saying 'you're welcome' to the thanks...no speeches, no bullcrap...just being one of the faces of the cubs in a proper way.
...comes back into the booth area asking "who's pitching?" to pat...
howry in top 8...and pat/ron are 1/2 assed funny playing the "attendance game" which im sure they'll talk about for the next 5-10 minutes.

4-3 wsox/cubs..bottom 6...soto lifts a high one short hopping the wall in CF. all 3 runs in the 6th.
tie game via pie on a low breaker single to RF...vasquez done...
-edit-
wood out to start top 7th -and- is supposed to pitch tommorow...looks like he's definitely got the inside track on the closer job if he can stay healthy/not-sore.
wood 1-2-3 inning, 2Ks and a popout to fuku.
-edit-
pie ends the bottom 8th swinging, missing for strike 3, and sending his bat flying outta his hand to the backstop on his follow through with 2 out and 2 on
-edit-
doh...hart gives up a 2 out opposite field homer off j.uribe (solo) in top 9th...5-4 wsox, top 9
-edit-
soriano...with the infield back, men on the corners, and no outs...well, he sure isn't showing bunt on any pitch and i hope its just a "spring mentality"...he gets his sacfly at the RF warning track...tie game (cedeno from 3rd), murton holding at 1st.
dlee walks moving murton to 2nd with 1 out...the hoff hits into a DP...9th over...they're gonna play into the 10th today
-edit-
eyre pitches the cubs out of a tie...wsox take a 6-5 lead off of an 1-out back-to-back double and single...following it up with a walk...piggy up in the pen, rothschild visiting eyre...a fan screaming "see you in iowa"...fun stuff, but he was left in only to give up an immediate ground rule double off of a kid for a 7-5 lead.
a K to fields and a p.ozuna getting a WEAK infield single on a 3-2 count for a 8-5 lead. i would say it was a tough break for eyre if not for 2 balls in the ozuna AB being wild out of the zone (one in the dirt and one high)...tapping comebacker to the mound finishes off the 10th...8-5 cws/chc
-edit-
fukudome leadoff basehit (though it might have been an out with a better 3rd baseman) on an under-the-glove smack...epat walks on 4 straight...blanco gets a basehit after dye loses the ball in the sun (that's a possible 2 outs and a man on 1st turned into 0 outs with the bases loaded).
pie gets a chance to play hero...infield ground out, force at home, 1 out
cedeno gets a chance to play hero...works a 3-2 count into a walk...run forced home...8-6 cws/chc, 1 out
murton gets a chance to play hero...dye loses ANOTHER ball in the sun (aka, out 3) and the cubs tie with 1 out and cedeno on 3rd/murton on 2nd.
mcgeehehehehehehehe gets a chance to play hero...and he Ks for out 2
fuld gets a chance to play hero...ground out to SS...and that's the game.
lineup...

according to the AP...soriano back hitting 2nd, fuku 5th...
"I thought about it last night," Piniella said before Saturday's game against the Chicago White Sox. "I think right now with the way we're situated, Fukudome offers the best protection for Ramirez."
