Friday Funnies. Bud Selig puts Jays/Marlins trade under review.
Everybody knows about this enormous "trade" between the Florida Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays that Bud Selig is reviewing.
Some might call it a gigantic "bait and switch" in Miami.
Others might say "shrewd salary dump of overpriced, not getting any younger type players" by Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria.
No matter what you say, if you happened to be an owner of another baseball team and you were thinking about asking for public help in financing the renovation of your ballpark, this trade isn't the greatest example of what might happen.
